CCMT 2024｜SmartManufacturing presents surface treatment solutions at machine tool exhibition

On April 8, the 13th China CNC Machine Tool Show (CCMT2024) was grandly opened at the New International Expo Centre (NIEC) on the banks of the Pujiang River. This year's exhibition opened all 17 exhibition halls in Shanghai New International Expo Centre, with an exhibition area of 200,000 square metres, which is the largest scale of machine tool exhibition in China. Nearly 2,000 machine tool companies from 25 countries and regions around the world gathered in Pudong.

ZOTEC exhibited the TP series centrifugal polishing machines and DF series drag polishing machines, which are widely recognised by industrial customers for their high efficiency surface treatment equipment at this year's Machine Tool Show. The highly flexible fixtures demonstrated the clamping of more than ten kinds of workpieces, and the live demonstration of the polishing process attracted many professional visitors to stop and consult. In addition to polishing equipment, the display of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and steam cleaning equipment from ZOTEC's partner iepco of Switzerland and ELMA of Germany also attracted the interest of customers from various industries.

In addition, ZOTEC brought seven industry components before and after processing comparative demonstration, more efficient surface treatment technology to make the product performance and value of the degree of significant improvement, to meet the workpiece deburring, reduce the roughness, rounding and polishing and a series of needs.
