The 27th China International Dental Equipment Exhibition DenTech China 2024, i.e. ‘Shanghai Dental Expo 2024’ was held from 24th October to 27th October 2024 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. This year's exhibition demonstrated the 3-in-1 polishing machine ECO-Maxi and the new electrolytic polishing machine EF-Smart T for professional visitors in the dental industry, bringing solutions for 3D printed braces, cobalt-chromium alloy, titanium alloy removable prosthesis, orthodontic parts, etc. to dramatically improve the efficiency of surface treatment.

Maxi-Dental - Compact tabletop polishing machine developed for small batch processing

The compact Maxi-Dental integrates the three manual steps of pre-grinding, fine grinding and polishing. The automated post-processing guarantees a more stable and excellent finish. One machine for multiple processes, tool-less cylinder changes and quick switching between processes. Plug-and-play, compact and flexible, with a small footprint, Maxi-Dental makes small batch machining more cost-effective and is built for small laboratories.

Providing a higher level of comfort for the patient is one of the primary goals in the processing of orthodontic products, and Maxi-Dental is able to achieve a smooth and even polish that penetrates into every gap surface and does not affect the shape.

Smoothed and polished braces remove 3D-printed corrugations and laser-cut burrs without a trace in a two-step process, with rounded edges. For the pre-polishing of dentures, Maxi-Dental deeply processes surfaces in tooth cracks and gaps, significantly reducing the amount of manual polishing.
